Chorer Inc is a web design and development studio. We design and build websites, online stores and web apps for startups, businesses and personal brands worldwide, and we make Company Attendance, a staff attendance and visitor management system.
Who runs Chorer Inc?
Chorer Inc was founded by Ola, its lead web developer. He specialises in modern, performance-focused websites.
Do you work with clients outside Nigeria?
Yes. Chorer Inc works remotely with clients worldwide, including the UK, Europe, North America and the Gulf. Past clients include Teeymex Studios, a photography studio in the Washington DC area, and Auto Aura, a car detailing business in Spain. Startups, growing businesses and personal brands. Past projects include real estate developers, an executive education programme, an oil and gas company, a photography studio, a car detailing business, an education platform, an online fashion brand and an aerial advertising company.
What is Company Attendance by Chorer?
Company Attendance is a staff attendance and visitor management system. Staff clock in by scanning a code at reception that changes every 20 seconds, then confirm with their fingerprint or Face ID, and clock-ins only count inside the office area. It is sold for a one-time price and set up in about a week.
Timing and payment
How long does it take to build a website?
It depends on the size of the project and how quickly content and feedback come in. Tell us your deadline in the contact form and we will say in the proposal whether it is realistic.
Can I pay in my own currency?
Tell us your budget in your own currency in the contact form. Payment terms and currency are agreed in the proposal before any work starts.
Your website
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. Add your current site to the contact form, choose "Website redesign" as the scope, and tell us what is not working. We keep what works, rebuild the rest, and redirect changed pages so your search rankings carry over.
Do you build online stores?
Yes. We build online stores with product management, mobile checkout and payment providers that fit your market, such as Paystack, Flutterwave or Stripe.
Do you build web apps and portals?
Yes. We build custom web apps, client portals, booking systems and dashboards that run in any browser. Our own product, Company Attendance, is an example.
Will my website work on phones?
Yes. Every website is designed for phones first and tested on phones, tablets and computers before launch.
Will my website show up on Google?
Every Chorer website is built to be found: fast pages, clear headings, descriptive titles, a sitemap and structured data that tells Google and AI assistants what you offer. Where you rank also depends on competition, your content and your reviews, so nobody can honestly guarantee the first position.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. Where content changes often, such as projects, products or articles, we build a simple admin area so you can update it without code.
Who owns the website?
You own your domain, your content and your website.
Do you provide hosting and a domain name?
We can work with the hosting and domain you already have, or help you set them up if you do not have them yet.

How do we communicate during the project?
By email, WhatsApp and calls, planned around your time zone. Progress is shared as we go so you always know where things stand.
What should I prepare before hiring a web developer?
Your logo and brand colours if you have them, a list of the pages you need, the text and photos you already have, two or three websites you like, your budget and your deadline. If something is missing, we can help with it.
